On a dark night, ravaged by electrical storms of violence in the sky, three adventurers meet in the wilderness. All three were looking for shelter and protection from the sudden storm and hail raining upon them. They found shelter in an old tor built into a mountainside. In accordance with stormpeace the three adventurers remained peaceful and decided to work together to explore the tor. The deva avenger introduced himself as Chigaru. Chigaru was very quiet and reserved with a sense of wisdom about him. The tiefling warden introduced himself as Vengeance. He was on the run from his homeland where he escaped from imprisonment. The human rogue remained silent after a brief introduction as Argarwane. The three descended into the tor defeating monsters and finding various treasures. Vengeance discovered a magic sword that was forged from the very fires his own weapon was from. The adventurers defeated the zombie of a bugbear knight that was buried deep within the tomb.
The storm outside had calmed slightly and the adventurers made a pact to stick together for the time being. They headed into the woods and found a gnome named Widgeon. He claimed that kobolds had taken his home from him and the adventurers set out to help him. They killed the kobolds responsible and Widgeon took them to the nearest town. They met a mysterious rider named Graster. He was familiar with the human rogue but Argarwane hadn’t the slightest idea of who the rider was. He promised to meet with them in the morning to tell them more. That night, Chigaru had visions of this rider coming from the Misty Kingdom to the north. Who was he and what could he possibly want?
